From early 2001, Lyle set up PeopleStreme Human Capital and is Chief Executive Officer for the firm. PeopleStreme continues Lyle's philosophy and focuses on assisting organisations and businesses to use technology to produce better overall outcomes, tied to their strategic plans. Lyle has taken a hands-on role in developing a World's Best Practice methodology and product set for organisation performance management. This is to ensure that PeopleStreme is capable of driving organisation performance down to the coalface, rather than losing sight of the strategic plan at executive or senior management level. Lyle has leveraged his own technology industry expertise to produce a very effective solution which is currently being used by tens of thousands of employees worldwide in both Fortune 500 and Australian Blue Chip clients. Lyle continues to provide an innovative approach to new product lines and is now extending PeopleStreme's offering internationally. Lyle is also the founder and principal of Australian Performance Management Institute of Australia and founder and president of the Human Capital Institute (Asia-Pacific) Incorporated. |
