Sophie Crawford-Jones Director of performance Pricewaterhouse Coopers Sophie Crawford-Jones joined PwC 4 years ago and now holds the role of Director of Performance sitting across all PwC business lines as well as overseeing the specialist Remuneration, Partner Human Capital, and Policy & Programs teams. Previously she held the role of Human Capital Director for PwC's Tax & Legal business. During her time with the firm she has built extensive and deep relationships in the business and has worked closely with the leadership team to enable a strategic approach to the people agenda. Prior to PwC, Sophie worked as a consultant, focusing on the banking sector, in London, New York and pan Asia. |
